MG motors was thrilled with the Indian market response to their first car in India . It has exceeded the production capabilities for this year causing MG motors to stop reservations temporarily and focus on existing customer satisfaction . MG India was grateful for all the support given to them considering that it was their first time in India. Exterior
Exterior highlights include LED DRLs, auto headlamps, LED tail lights, star rider grille with an integrated charging port and electronically heated, adjustable mirrors. The higher-spec Exclusive variant gets extra features like silver roof rails and foldable mirrors. With a boot 448 litres of boot space to provide additional storage for outdoor items.
Interiors
The MG eZS comes with a loaded interior package Which of these include an 8-inch hi-res touchscreen with satellite navigation, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth audio streaming and DAB radio. Other features include a 4-speaker audio system, 6-way adjustable driver seat and standard fabric upholstery. The Exclusive variant gets additional features like leather upholstery, electronically powered driver’s seat, panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, a 6-speaker audio system and rear parking camera

Power and services
Under the bonnet, the electric SUV will be powered by a water-cooled 44.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that is fed to a front-mounted electric motor which delivers 143PS of power and 353Nm of torque. These figures propel the compact SUV from 0-100kmph in 8.5 seconds and on to a top speed of 140kmph. The 44.5 kWh battery gives the eZS a range of upto 262km on a single charge on city-highway range . The city range alone goes up to 371km. The battery pack can be charged up to 80 per cent in 40 minutes when plugged into a 50 kW fast charger. A 7kW wall-box charger will extend the charging time to 6 hours. MG UK will offer a 7-year / 80,000-mile warranty on its SUV as well as its lithium-iron battery

Regenerative Braking
Aside from that, the MG eZS will get a rotary drive selector. It will also get up to 3 regenerative braking modes and Eco, Normal and Sport driving modes just like the Hyundai Kona Electric. To add that extra kilometers.
Safety and roadside assistance
The electric SUV will come with MG Pilot driver assistance AI that consists of various features like Advanced Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control. The higher-end Exclusive variant gets Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Traffic Alert as additional features. Safety features for the SUV include front and side airbags, ABS, EBD, seatbelt reminder, and ESP.

Estimated Price
The MG eZS SUV will go on sale in the UK in September with a price tag of 28,495 pounds (Rs 24.49 lakh) for the lower-spec Excite and 30,495 pounds (Rs26.21 lakh) for the higher-end Exclusive variant. However, MG is providing a great offer for its first 1,000 customers, who stand to get a discounted price of 21,495 pounds (Rs 18.49 lakh) and 23,495 pounds (Rs20.20 lakh) on the two variants respectively.
The eZS will be launched in India on December 2019 and is expected to have a price tag of Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom pan India). Once launched it will go up against the recently launched Hyundai Kona Electric in the Indian market.
