ID.3 in general is an affordable all electric hatchback from Volkswagen . The cheapest will start under €30,000($33,600) and will travel a range of 330km (200miles) powerd by a 45kWh battery . The car Will also have two more variant of the ID.3 hatchback powered by an 58kWh and 77kWh battery pack capable of doing 420km(261 miles) and 550km(342miles) respectively all ID.3 models are capable of 125kw DC fast charging

Costumers willing to purchase the car can note
• Pre-orders require a deposit of €1,000 ($1,118)
•Production starts end of this year and delivery starts by early 2020
• First 30,000 of the car will come under the first edition where the costumers will get 2,000 kWh charging free during th first year
The ID.3 will have the models catering according to their prices respectively
Medel one :The ID.3 1st will be the basic variant which will house voice control functionality and navigation system with a range of 330km (200miles)
Model two : The ID.3 Plus will come with a fancier interior lights and two -tone design
with a range of 420km(261 miles)
Model three : The ID.3 max will be packed with innovations like the heads up display and with a large panoramic glass roof
All versions of the ID.3 will be upgradeable via software updates, according to Jürgen Stackmann, the head of sales and marketing for Volkswagen’s passenger cars division. But he said at a press conference Wednesday that those updates will come either through the VW dealer network or over-the-air, and didn’t offer any more clarity about how they’ll be administered.
Stackmann also said VW will offer a full warranty on the ID.3’s battery for up to eight years, 160,000 km (just under 100,000 miles), or the depreciation of the battery to 70 percent of its original maximum capacity. He added that the car will be equipped with advanced driver assistance technology, but did not go into detail about pricing.
